Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gundamaxing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, text, build data). By posting content on Gundamaxing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. You must not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property, contains malware, or violates our Community Guidelines.
Intellectual Property
Gundam, Gunpla, and related trademarks are owned by Bandai Namco, Sunrise, and their respective licensors. Gundamaxing is an independent fan community and makes no claim to these properties.
Trading Post
Transactions in the Trading Post are between individual users. Gundamaxing does not facilitate, guarantee, or take responsibility for any trades, sales, or purchases. Use protected payment methods and exercise caution.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Limitation of Liability
Gundamaxing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or user-to-user transactions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Gundamaxing after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform.
