About This Build
What drew me to this build was the challenge. The HG Titans kit had a solid design, but straight out of the box it felt a little too plain for me. The shape was there, the attitude was there, but it needed something to bring it to life. I wanted to push it past that clean basic HG look and give it the kind of presence that makes you stop and look twice. That’s where the weathering came in. I leaned into subtle wear, grime, and faded edges to give it more character, like this suit had actually seen combat and carried some history on its armor. Once everything started coming together, the whole build changed. The darker tones, the added depth, the worn details — it completely transformed the kit. What I love most is how it came out in the end. To me, it doesn’t even read like an HG anymore. It has way more weight, more realism, and way more personality than I expected when I first started. This build was all about proving that even a simple HG can become something special with the right finish
“When I first started Gundam Zeta and saw the titan come on tje screen for the first time, the colors of the suit instantly drew me in. I had to build this kit once I saw it. ”
